Turbo training takes place at the Malvern Cube every Tuesday evening during winter months.
Sessions are an hour long and typically involve interval training in front of a guided big screen.
You are welcome to bring your own turbo trainer or rollers, and club members are welcome to borrow the club’s own. Please contact Justin Dawkins to reserve these prior to sessions.
