Regular weekly Sunday morning road rides with groups for all levels divided and based on fitness level and ability. These club rides are social and the groups are graded using an average speed indication.
Twice annual road reliability trial with 30 or 50 mile distance choice. This is a non competitive, but timed event on a local route to test the rider over the given distance.
Occasional organised group visits to ride the boards of Newport indoor track with a view to gaining a certificate of accreditation.
Twice annual social and fun evening to Stourport closed circuit to benefit from BCF coaching on road ride etiquette and general road ride safety instruction.
High intensity road training, aimed at both general and also race fitness improvement for on and off road participation. These sessions are run in the evening on a weekly basis during the summer months.
Regular club participation to external events over greater and extended road ride distances.
Set distances and routes on road against the clock to test ones fitness. Usually between 5 and 25 mile distance, very kindly run by neighbouring clubs in the Malvern and Worcester area.
